May 28, 2010 - Robin and Bryan's Wedding

Robin and Bryan chose black and white decor with vibrant hot pink flowers for their wedding celebration at Wolf Lakes Park.

We created lush rings of hot pink gladiola blooms, hot pink carnations and hot pink sweet peas that sat on our black iron stakes for down the isle. Small glass vases with floating candles sat on top. The bride and groom were able to move these arrangements to their headtable for additional decorations during their reception.

Robin carried a bouquet with white peonies, white lisianthus, white gladiola blooms, white roses with rhinestone accents, and white sweet peas. A rhinsestone clutch was added to the white satin ribbon on Robin's bouquet.

The bridesmaids carried bright pink bouquets of gladiola blooms, roses, carnations, and sweet peas.

The guest tables had white linens with a pop of hot pink in the center along with a black and white damask table runner. We created a lush floral arrangement of pink roses, pink carnations, and pink gladiola blooms on top of our iron 3-arm candelabra.

The other tables had large vases or a trio of vases with submerged hot pink rose petals, decorative black stones, and floating candles on our round mirrors.

May 27, 2010 - Fresno State Alumni Board of Directors Dinner

Our vibrant turquoise crushed crinkle linens set the stage for a fun palette of orange, purple, and magenta flowers at this annual dinner.

We did simple arrangements of gerbera daisies, purple lisianthus, and carnations for the outdoor cocktail tables.

Inside on the guest tables, we made centerpieces using a trio of glass vases filled with purple stock, hanging raspberry amaranthus, orange gerbera daisies, and "Hot Lady" magenta roses.

Out on the buffet tables, we designed two tall arrangements using submerged magenta dendrobium orchids with a large arrangement at the top with green bells of ireland, purple stock, orange gerbera daisies, magenta carnations, and hanging raspberry amaranthus. To complete the piece we added black feathers.

May 27, 2010 - Jennifer and Jay's Wedding

Jennifer chose white, ivory, and several shades of pink for her wedding decor. The bridesmaids wore vibrant watermelon pink dresses. To compliment this color, we created bouquets using medium pink hydrangeas, light pink spray roses, and hot pink "Regular Orlando" roses.

Jennifer's bouquet was fashioned using all white hydrangeas, white spray roses, and white "Akito" roses
.

At New Hope Church, we lined the bridal isle with glass bell hurricanes with white pillar candles and white rose petals.

Over at Classic Caterings banquet room in downtown Clovis, the guest tables were dressed in champagne pin-tucked tafetta linens with gold chivari chairs. We added simple, yet elegant pink and ivory flowers under the brides glass container for half of the tables and ivory pillar candles in glass cylinders for the other half.

May 22, 2010 - Laurie and Kevin's Wedding

I was so thrilled to play a small part in Laurie and Kevin’s wedding.  Laurie is a dear sweet woman that I actually knew in high school – so this was a very special treat for me.  Laurie chose fun and vibrant colors in fuchsia and orange with a touch of lime green.  She carried gerberas, roses, button mums, calla lilies and miniature spray roses in her bouquet.  Her bridesmaids carried slightly smaller versions of her bouquet without the calla lilies or white roses.

For their reception we designed 3 different centerpieces.  The first was a square vase wrapped with a green ti leaf and filled with gerbera daisies, roses, and green button mums along with a few loops of green bear grass. 

The second centerpieces were square rings of flowers surrounding a square glass vase with floating candles.  The rings of flowers were hand placed fuchsia and orange gerbera daisies, magenta and orange carnations and green button mums. 

And finally the third centerpieces were tall square vases with submerged green curly willow branches with orange Makara orchids and a pop of fuchsia “Hot Lady” roses at the top with a large floating candle.  The tall vase sat on a square mirror and was finished with 2 large gerbera daisies.

Finally, we designed one large arrangement for the appetizer table that included gerbera daisies, roses, snapdragons, and green ti leaf.

May 22, 2010 - Ginny and Matt's Wedding

Ginny and Matt sure know how to plan a fun, family wedding.  When we arrived at the family home in Visalia, where the wedding and reception would take place, we were greeted with hanging mason jars in the trees with candles and Adirondack chairs with antique quilts around a camp fire with marshmallows ready for roasting!  So charming I wished we could have stayed.  For Ginny, we designed a soft flowing garden bouquet of white bouvardia, ivy, white stock, white lissianthus, and white sweet peas with touches of mint and oregano. 

Ginny’s tables were dressed in sage pin-tuck linens with white square plates.  We created a fun laid-back centerpiece using large Mason jars and filled them with ivy, white stock, white lissianthus, white sweet peas, and added touches of mint.

May 15, 2010 - Drew and Scott's Wedding

Friends and family traveled from Clovis out to Engelmann Cellars on Saturday night to help Drew and Scott celebrate their wedding. The bride chose a beautiful shad of dark purple complimented with black and ivory damask linens for her wedding design scheme.

Drew’s bouquet was designed with white peonies, ivory roses, white spray roses, white sweet peas, and seeded eucalyptus. The bridesmaids carried bouquets with purple hydrangeas, purple stock, white spray roses, and green hypericum berries.

The ceremony took place next to the vineyard with a backdrop of aged wine barrels. We set up a coordinating backdrop with two of our iron square columns, two cypress trees, and one of our rustic candleabras with hanging green amaranthus.

Using a photo provided by the bride we created moss covered hanging cones filled with flowers and berries that hung from our black shepherd’s hooks to line the bridal isle.

We also added ivory roses, berries, and purple hydrangeas to top all three layers of their stunning wedding cake.

On the guest tables, we did three different centerpiece designs. One with small Manzanita trees in silver containers with hanging crystals and eggplant silk petals. All of our Manzanita tree centerpieces sat on our round mirrors. The second centerpiece had three cylinder vases with floating candles and submerged ivory and white rose petals which sat on top of our silver chargers. The bride provided the third centerpiece.

May 15, 2010 - Cara and Dustin's Wedding

We traveled to Visalia on Saturday to help Cara and Dustin celebrate their wedding. The wedding and reception took place at the bride’s family home and garden. It was a gorgeous backdrop for a fun family event. 

The bride’s bouquet was a juicy mixture of range parrot tulips, dark “Milva” roses, orange cockscomb, “Cherry Brandy” roses, and orange spray roses. The bridesmaids’ bouquets were smaller versions of the bride’s bouquet.

We made attractive arrangements in tin pails that lined the bridal isle. These pails had lemon leaf, orange, gerbera daisies, orange roses, and orange spray roses. Finished with a moss green ribbon, these also served as centerpieces during the reception.

The other centerpiece design we created to compliment the tin pails was a small rectangle vase with orange gerbera daisies, “Milva” roses, and sprigs of rosemary. All centerpieces sat on our gold chargers.

We also had fun making a couple of larger arrangements with submerged oranges, gerbera daisies, snapdragons, and rosemary for the buffet tables.

Finally, we created petite arrangements for the cocktail tables that included gerbera daisies.
