April 2, 2011 - Ali and Bobby's Wedding

From the moment I met Ali Verway I couldn't wait for her wedding!  Vases arrived at my office from their home... birdcages found their way into my hands... they lovingly made table runners for their guest tables and I shopped and shopped and shopped for old bottles and vases!  Love it!  I was so excited for them that their dream had come true to celebrate with their families and closest friends in an old barn surrounded by their favorite vintage things.

She carried pink peonies, white lilacs, blue delphinium, pink lisianthus, yellow billy buttons, cream wax and dark pink spray roses.  All bouquets were finished with ivory lace.

The bridesmaids wore a gorgeous shade of antique plum and carried wild flower bouquets.

The flower girls carried pomander balls with ivory wax flowers.

Mothers Corsages

Love the paper they used on their programs at the church.

An open-top bird cage was used to hold cards while a fruit stand served to hold programs.

Down the isle we hung mason jars filled with wild flowers that were later placed on long banquet tables for guests.

The alter was decorated with pillar candles and soft romantic wild flowers.  The family lovingly brought in additional trees and foliage with burlap fabric to fill in the back of the church.

Out at historic Harlan Ranch, guests were greeted with an old dresser topped with jars and bottles filled with flowers.  "Love is..." was the theme of this table outside the barn.

On four of the round guest tables we used our rustic candelabra and topped it with hydrengeas, wax flowers and pink spray roses - wheat was used throughout as well.

We loved working with the family's gorgeous amber hurricane's - we surrounded them with birch wreaths and wild flowers.

On the remaining round tables we decorated ivory birdcages with packets of flowers and candles.

Mason jars and bottles were filled with a variety of flowers on the long banquet tables.

"To God be the Glory" on an old barn plank along with ivory windows and doors hung behind the head tables.

Sheri and her assistant from "Star Events" did a great job hanging these windows and doors on the ban and atop an old wagon for the "Love is Sweet" table.  The cake was surrounded by yummie desserts for all to enjoy.

The barn looked rustic yet elegant - the perfect balance for this newly married couple.

I snapped this photo of my son, Rocco -- peeking inside the barn --  the next morning as we came to clean up - too bad all good things must come to an end.  But for Ali and Bobby, the fun is just beginning!

March 26, 2010 - Judy and Nick's Wedding

Guests were welcomed to the Gong Wedding with this simple yet elegant tall calla lily and orchid arrangement in the lobby of the Copper River Country Club.

The brides bouquet was designed with dark red roses, cream miniature calla lily's and black fern curls.

The bridesmaids carried bouquets with all dark red roses - the bouquet was finished with black ribbon with silver wire and pearl accents.

For the reception three centerpieces were designed.  All dark red roses took center stage in this simple and elegant centerpiece.

For the second design we used tall cylinder vases with cream dendrobium orchids and red rose petals.  Black rocks and LED lights finished the design.

The third centerpiece used tall black curly willow with dainty cream dendrobium orchids.  A ring of dark red roses and hanging crystals completed the dramatic look.

Due to rain the ceremony was moved in doors.  We designed these two larger centerpieces for the two parents tables.  The arrangements were used behind the ceremony and then moved to their tables for the reception.

Their beautiful cake was created by Sweet Dreams.

March 26, 2010 - Monique and Brian's Wedding

The wedding reception was held at The Grand in downtown Fresno.  Tables were dressed in white linens with dark purple napkins.

The bridal bouquet was created using all white anemones.

The bridesmaids bouquets were gorgeous against the girls dark slate gray dresses.  Shades of purple in the hydrangeas, tulips and ranunculus looked fresh and pretty.

For Monique and Brian we created two taller centerpieces -- one with all white tulips.  Each centerpiece was surrounded by small clusters of purple flowers.

The second centerpiece design were gorgeous bouquets of white baby's breath in the brides beautiful hand-blown glass vases.

The head table sparkled with clean white, silver mercury glass and black accents with several shades of purple and lavender.

For the bar we designed these custom arrangements atop mercury glass candle holders using silver gray "dusty miller", white tulips and white ranunculus.

As guests entered the reception area they were greeted with this arrangement of black manzanita, purple tulips, raspberry hanging amaranthus and purple hydrangeas.  Let the party begin!

Junior League of Fresno - Breakfast at Tiffany's

We were so happy to participate, again this year, in the Junior League's "Breakfast at Tiffany's" by donating a centerpiece.  We provided these custom vases filled with white stock, silver grey lamb's ears and dusty miller.  We added a special touch by including white feathers.

We were so excited to hear that my goods friends, Caty and Leticia, who attended the event; purchased our centerpiece in support of the Junior League.  Thanks girls!

March 19, 2011 - Kallie and Brandon's Wedding

Kallie's bouquet had pink peonies and magenta "Hot Lady" roses.  The perfect shade to match her bridesmaid's dresses.

The bridesmaids carried these bouquets with purple lisianthus and dark pink roses with a touch of aqua blue painted kiwi vine.

At the ceremony location we hung our new miniature chandelier's down the isle with purple ribbons and candles.

We did two different centerpiece designs for Kallie.  The first was an aqua blue painted box with purple silk petals with a large clear vase that held floating hot pink rose petals and candles.

The second centerpiece was our tall manzanita branches with hanging votive lights and attached purple and hot pink flowers.

We thought Kallie and Brandon's wedding favors were so cute - just had to share.  Her family made candied apples for each guest - the tag reads "Love to the Core".  So cute and yummy I'm sure!

We had two of these larger manzanita arrangements on the head table.  There were vases attached to each to hold the bridesmaids bouquets once the reception started.

Additional cylinder vases with floating candles were added to the head table.
