March 13, 2011 - Christy and Peter's Wedding

Congratulations to my friend Christy and her new husband Peter.  For Christy's bouquet we used pink hydrangeas, pink peonies, coral "Cherry Brandy" roses, pink and yellow "Ambience" roses, green hypericum berries, light pink stock and orange spray roses.

For her lovely bridesmaids we used the pink hydrangeas, coral "Cherry Brandy" roses, orange spray roses and orange ranunculus.

For their ceremony at the Fig Garden Swim and Racquet Club we decorated the arch with a soft spray and petite pink cones filled with their flowers for the isle.

Over at the reception we used our bright and cherry tangerine, bubble gum and light pink crushed iridescent linens for the tables.  All of the low top guest tables had a low cylinder vase with soft flowers surrounded by 3 of our pink and orange premium votive cups filled with flowers.

Beautiful hydrangeas for the guest book table.

For the buffet table we incorporated oranges into these tall arrangements - each was topped with fun green, orange and pink flowers with draping green amaranthus.

March 12, 2011 - Vikki and Scott's Wedding

A gorgeous day out at Holland Park West.  The sun was shining and spring was in the air!  Vikki, along with "A Sassy Affair" decorated the park with gold and eggplant along with our flowers in magenta, orange and green.  For the ceremony area with used shepherds hooks down the isle to hang mason jars filled with flowers.  These were later moved and used as centerpieces.

Vikki's bouquet was full of gerbera daisy's, roses and lime button mums.

Boutonnieres were made with fun bright colors - eggplant ribbon and lime bead wire.

For the alter area we used our tall iron columns and adorned them with small packets coming down the front along with tall arrangements on the top.  These were moved following the ceremony and placed in the reception area.

Mason jars filled with flowers were placed on pretty eggplant table runners for the reception.

March 5, 2011 - Wolf Lakes Park Open House

This past weekend we were able to be a part of the annual Wolf Lakes Open House. The park looks beautiful and we were excited to see the new renovations to the Garden area.  It was great to see a lot of our brides and grooms for this upcoming year and we look forward to all of your weddings!

For the show, we designed two bouquets  and a few different centerpieces for our table.

We decorated the isle at the Lakeside area with our iron candleholders.

We also decorated the chandelier and unity table.

February 26, 2011 - Jessica and Jed's Wedding

On February 26th, the weather called for snow! But as it turned out, Jessica and Jed's wedding day was a gorgeous crisp day with white clouds and bright blue skies.

At Copper River Country Club, we decorated the isle with pomander balls hanging from our standing tall black iron shepherd's hooks.

Our two black iron candelabras each had full arrangements and hanging greenery.

Jessica carried a full bouquet of cream roses, white freesia and white hydrangea.

Jessica's bridesmaids carried bouquets of ivory roses, purple stock, purple lisianthus and white freesia.  Each bouquet was finished with black ribbon.

Inside for the reception area, all of the chairs were covered in our white chair covers and finished off with our black satin sashes.

For the tables, we had two centerpiece designs. The first was a tall glass candlestick topped with pomander balls used during the cermony down the isle. They sat on our round mirrors and were finished with oversized rhinestone gems.

The second centerpiece consisted of our three cylinder vases filled with ivory rose petals and floating candles on round mirrors decorated with the oversized rhinestone gems.
